Meet patrice:
In 2004, I began my journey with energetic body balancing and became a Reiki master in 2009, teaching my first classes in Orange County, CA. In 2010, I completed a 500-hour massage therapist program at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Hills, CA. I further expanded my expertise by completing a 1000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner program at Healing Hands in 2011, which included herbal medicine.
From 2013 to 2017, I lived on a permaculture farm in Ecuador, contributing to a retreat center focused on intentional living and self-healing. In 2018, I became a certified breathwork facilitator in Asheville, NC.
