Come to this intentional time of aligning our lives with the energy of the seasons around us. As we move from darkness towards light, we also move from death towards life. We will practice letting go of the energy of winter by naming and releasing the things that went dormant or rightfully died and step into the energy of new light and life as we tend that new life into being.
